2. Burpees, also known as squat thrusts (25 repetitions)
3. Suicides (sprint for 60seconds
4. 50 jumping jacks
5. 10 (each side) split squat jumps
6. 20 (each side) lateral lunges
Complete the circuit 5 times.
After completing the above circuit, do a 30 minute bike or swim at moderate intensity. Have a great workout!
