Here is today's circuit:
- 8 repetitions Kettlebell Clean and Press
- 3 laps (rounds) Animal Flow: 3x underswitch, crab stretch, scorpion, kickthrough
- 6 reps. dumbbell bench press
- 6 reps. kettlebell front squat
- 6 reps. one arm row
- 6 reps. weighted step-ups
For the cardio, do the following:
- Do a 1 mile run as quickly as you can.
- Row: 3 sets of 500 meters with 2 minutes rest between sets
- Run 25 minutes at moderate intensity. (2-3 miles for most people)
