Welcome to day 26 of our 5K training! We are just one week away from the VCTC Cancer Challenge, so let's keep up the great work!

Today's Workouts: 
Beginners: DAY OFF.
Intermediates: Run 5 miles as fast as you can.
Advanced: Run 8 miles as quickly as you can.
